For New Students

Got Questions?

How much are classes and how can I pay?
Regularly scheduled classes are $12. You may choose to purchase a 10-Class Pass for $90 or we also have an Unlimited Month-to-Month (no contracts) for $95. We accept cash, check, Visa and Master Card.

Do I need a reservation?
Currently you do not need a reservation. Our class sizes are limited depending on the type of class you are interested in. We have an online reservation application, you can register and pay for classes here. Space in class is first by reservation and then by first come first serve. Come early to ensure your place in class.

What are your hours of operation?
Rescue Yoga doors open 15 minutes prior to class and closes 15 after class has started. Should you arrive after the first 10 minutes of class the doors will remain closed until class has ended, to preserve the yoga experience for everyone in class. Please check the schedule for class times and be sure to arrive early.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes, something you can sweat in. We practice yoga barefoot, however some of our other classes (Tai Chi and Zumba) you will be more comfortable with socks and shoes. For Adult Ballet we recommend socks, foot undies or canvas/leather slippers. (No Point Shoes Please)

What do I need to bring? What equipment will I need?
If you have a yoga mat, bring it with you. If you prefer to use your own blocks, straps and blankets, you are welcome to bring them as well. You will need nothing for Tai Chi classes and you will need water for Zumba classes.

Do you have a place I can change?
Yes, a changing room is available.
