Rescue Yoga exists to serve the community for improvement in quality of life and longevity. We offer all types of fitness classes including yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. We believe that the body was intended to be in motion, therefore we promote motion with our classes. Every class is designed with you in mind and we intuitively provide your body what it needs. We also believe that you are more than a body, you are a valuable part of our emotional, spiritual and physical community and we are honored to serve you in ways to heal those parts as well.

Rescue Yoga specializes in showing compassion for physical ailments to include neck and back pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis as well as injury/illness recovery. Our teachers are extensively trained in multiple disciplines of yoga and are passionate, jubilant if you will, in sharing yoga for healing. 

We share yoga in small class settings that we may create a practice for everyone with specialized attention. Classes are also taught at room temperature. 

Rescue Yoga also supplies all the props (mats, blocks, straps, blankets) you will need for your practice. Students are welcome and encouraged to bring whatever they will be comfortable with. No additional equipment is needed, however a bottle of water is recommended.

Tai Chi and Dance-Fit can be practiced with or without shoes, Belly Dance and Yoga are practiced without shoes and Adult ballet is practiced in socks or ballet slippers (no point shoes). Additionally, at the end of each yoga class our teachers delightfully show their honor to the students with a treat. (You will have to come to class and see what we mean!)
