  • How long do I have to use my 5 classes? Your class pack will expire in 30 days. Attend the classes that fit your schedule best. (We may sweat in yoga..certainly not over yoga!)
  • Do I need to bring anything with me? Nope...we have everything you will need. Although, we do recommend that if you have your own yoga mat you should bring it.
  • What do I wear to class? Something comfortable that you can move around in.
  • Can I come in and ask questions? Sure! We have open house on Wednesdays 6:30-7:15pm just for you! Come in and chat with us, tour the facility and meet other students. This time is just for you to get all your questions answered.
  • When are you open? Rescue Yoga opens 15 minutes prior to class. We do lock the outside doors during class, so please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class starting.
  • I'm new to yoga or I have an injury, which classes should I start with? We have multiple classes that would be a good fit for you! 
    • Relax and Renew is a passive/rejuvenating class designed to de-stress the mind and body to aid in the healing process. 
    • Adaptive Yoga is a therapeutic class (using chairs, balls, resistance bands, blocks, etc.) designed to build strength and balance while increasing flexibility. It is perfect for restoring/rehabbing the body to pre-injury/illness abilities. 
    • Yoga Foundation is our BEGINNER LEVEL class and the perfect place for someone getting to know their body and learning how yoga can benefit your life.
  • Do you have hot yoga? We do not have hot yoga although in the summer months it may feel like it! Our classes are taught at room temp (68-75 degrees depending on the season).
  • Do you have any discounts? Yes! We have 10% off discounts for ISD Staff, City and Federal Employees and for our friends over 60, we have a SILVER discount. Please email us at or call us at 972-800-5819 for discount codes.

Additional Tips To Make Your Yoga Experience The Best Possible Experience

  • Leave your cell phone outside in the cubbies.
  • Refrain from eating at least 2 hours before class.
  • Be conservative with body lotions and perfumes.
  • If you must leave early, please do so before the final relaxation.
  • We appreciate your noise discipline while others are still in session.
  • Be on time.
  • HAVE FUN!!! (This one is MANDATORY!!!)

We know for some of you that yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and dance are new languages for the body and will take time for adaptation to learn these new disciplines. Be patient with yourself and you will see amazing changes take place in your life. Just as Rome was not built in a day, wellness will take time.
